Change? What change?

It isn't a matter of people littering the nation's capitol; it is a matter of not having enough trash cans, right?

I love the caption on the photo! It really does say it all...

Personal responsibility...I guess that's why the president is trying to give more money to abortion groups and planned parenthood groups...

Mmm, not sure of the point of this photo?

I mean have you seen the mess left behind at a local college football game? Oh and there were very few trash receptacles in the area, bombs can be placed in them you know.

Monk: this is only a commentary on the American people. After the most important, historic presidential inauguration in history, the participants trashed the place.

I saw it and was struck by the caption. There he was talking about responsibility and people threw trash on the ground. It isn't about Obama at all; just the "party goers", for lack of a better term.

I went to the July 4th Beach Boys concert about 15 years ago, and it looked exactly like this. A cousin who lives there said that the National Park Service will not put out trash cans for two reasons; 1-it was cold and people build fires in them, which ruins them, and 2-the next day an army of NPS employees move in a long line from one end of the Mall to the other and pick up the trash much quicker (which is cheaper).
