This is post number 2000 for RickBoyne.com. Thank you to all my faithful readers, especially to those who take the time to comment!
I've written on such diverse subject including: living overseas, returning to and readjusting to life in the US, politics, morality, and of course, family goings on. (not to mention by beloved Sooners)
I haven't been as prolific in writing blog posts lately; I've resorted to posting pictures. Sometimes, a picture is worth a thousand words. Sometimes, it's not.
I know that my conservative views are not popular, especially regarding homosexuality and politics. My posts are not meant to deliberately offend yet I know people are often offended by what I write.
I guess it boils down to who I am trying to please. I don't write to please people; I write to please God.
I know that even THAT statement is controversial, but that's the way it is.
In any case, thanks for being around for 2000 posts! It's come a long way since August 3, 2004. I do have a commitment to this blog and intend to dedicate more thoughts in addition to the pictures.
