Sick as a horse

That's right! I've been sick all week. So sick that I, Richard Boyne, decided on my own, to go to the doctor! You KNOW I have to be sick if I decided to go to the doctor on my own!

It started last weekend, when I thought I had a bad allergy attack, being springtime in Oklahoma. However, it just kept getting worse. On Wednesday, I went to the doctor and found that I had a very bad case of bronchitis. They gave me some antibiotics and some doped-up cough medicine (wink, wink) and told me to watch it because it could become pneumonia in the next few days. Well, it is Friday now, and I am feeling a bit better. About 45-50% of normal, I'd say.

I had to postpone a speaking engagement at my sister's church on Wednesday and I am supposed to speak at a church this Sunday evening up in Vinita. I think I'll be OK by then.
