If you want to lose that other one, I've got some history/experience... You can tie a string around it and then on a door knob and slam the door. But you want to get everything tied on good and slam hard. The other option is for my to play baseball, her to stand about 8 feet away, then me to hit the ball and sling the bat as I run to first. It is essential for the bat to hit her mouth as I will inadvertantly damage any other place it hits.
