They were made out of the inside of paper rollss - very hard cardboard. My aunt worked for a commercial paper company in Stillwater. The candles were wired to illuminate beautifully. The tubes were painted and had exterior ribbon around them. You know...it wouldn't surprise me if they were still in the attic at Mom's. Hmm...Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
