Twitter suggests users that are similar to the one you are looking at. For example, for Karl Rove, it might suggest another news person or the like. For Angelina Jolie, it might suggest another actress. For the President of the United State, Barak Obama, it thinks that the rapper 50 Cent is similar to the president.
Therefore, it is sad for both the office of President to be compared to a rapper and it is sad for 50 Cent to have to be compared to Barak Obama....
